Positive review of customer about Philips Norelco Shaver 3800
For well over 20 years, I have used a Norelco shaver. My old one was getting pretty irritating, taking it forever to give me a clean shave and I had to touch a blade razor even then. In the past year, I changed the cutting heads a few times and earned almost no improvement. So I have decided to purchase a new one. This model was the top rated Norelco and, relative to other brands, number one or two in ratings from outside groups. They have been right! In just a few minutes, I shave now and get a really good, close shave every time. You can’t say nice enough stuff about it. It looks almost the same as my old one, but it’s better than light years. Satisfied 100 percent!
Negative review of customer about Philips Norelco Shaver 3800
After using the 5000 series razor, they purchased this one. The only problem with the 5000 series is that the razor head must be removed in order to use the grooming tool. The engine decided to have problems that caused the stems regulating the razor heads to not function properly after around 5 weeks (only using it twice a week). The engine created a strange noise while in use and began to make a grinding noise. There was just the top-left razor head still going. There were no visible reasons for the heads not to function after looking below the razor handle, except for the noise. I was told by Philips just outside the return window for Amazon that this problem is not linked to warranty. All I got for my money was a dozen or so uses of the razor.
